We are a new Campsite situated in Ringstead Bay, a beautiful, peaceful, and historic stretch of the Jurassic Coastline between Weymouth and Lulworth. The field is relatively flat and surrounded by woodland on three sides, making it sheltered and secluded. With the sound of the waves and sea views peeking through the trees, there are very few campsites in Dorset that are so close to the sea. We are only open for a maximum of 60 days this year and can accommodate up to 50 tents. Exploring the coastline on foot is perfect from this location, with immediate access to the coast path, both east and west.
Ringstead Beach is only a 10 minute walk away from the field. A safe, pebble beach with excellent water quality and plenty of opportunities for rock pooling. Dogs are welcome and it is perfect for swimming and watersports. Boats can be launched to the east of Ringstead Bay where there is a barrier-controlled slipway and launching is free for campers.
