Terms and Conditions

Your booking is not secure until your deposit has been received and a confirmatory email sent.

One booking is for one tent. If you would like to bring more than one tent, you will need to create more bookings. We do not allocate spaces so you will be able to pitch together. Each booking includes one vehicle which can be a car, van or motorbike.

A booking can be amended up until 3 weeks before arrival.

Every booking must include one party member who is aged 18 or over.

Arrival is from 11am onwards for tent pitches and 3pm onwards for our unfurnished bell tents. We ask that you vacate your pitch before 11am on your day of departure. We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier arrivals or later departures, please just let us know.

There will be no refunds given for late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather or force majeure.We welcome dogs. Please ensure that you pick up after your dog and always keep it under close control. Dogs are not allowed inside the toilet or shower block. We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act such as. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa. All dogs must be microchipped.

Our quiet hours are between 11pm and 7pm and must be respected. 

We are a family site and do not accept hen or stag parties. Same-sex groups of more than 4 people are not allowed (unless part of a family group).

Fires are permitted as long as they are raised off of the ground using a fire pit. They must be supervised at all times. Wood must not be taken from the surrounding woodland. Barbecues are allowed as long as they are raised off of the ground. If the fire risk in the area is deemed high, we may temporarily ban fires until it is deemed safe to allow them again.

Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and firearms are strictly prohibited. There must be no fires within our unfurnished bell tents.

Unless previously agreed, we do not allow the use of drones or other radio-controlled devices or the use of decorative outside lighting without prior agreement.Access to the camping field is via a single lane track. We ask that you drive slowly and carefully as there may be pedestrians and dogs using the track. There is a security barrier at the start of the track which requires a number code to open. Campers will receive the code in a welcome email prior to arriving and are asked not to share it.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or group whose conduct we consider is detrimental to us, our site or our other visitors. There will be no refund given.We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however, caused, to your property or vehicles or any injury to you or your visitors.

Cancellation Policy
By making a booking and paying your deposit, you signify your agreement with our refund policy. The deposit of 15% is non-refundable. A full refund, minus the 15% deposit, will be given up until 3 weeks before the arrival date. After this point, no refunds will be given.
